things happens for a reason and sometimes no reason. so what if the guy doesnt sleep for 50 hours straight ? there must be a reason for it. rational or not, still it is. so what if he didnt finish those assignment in time ? must have a reason for it. so what if other people dont like what you're doing ? must have a reason for it right ?
so basically, you cant judge people for what they're doing. different people have different view. if a guy was born here and raised somewhere else, you cant blame him for his characteristics. it maybe wrong at some point, but dont directly judge him like that. its like making a cake, you dont just mix the whole pack of flour in it to make it look and taste good. cup by cup would make it perfect. same in life. you don't like that person, make that person a better man. give him some advice. not always in serious tone, mix up some jokes so that one would not feel bad. i wont guarantee it'll work, but its worth a try. some people just have some thick wall in between their ear and brain.
